Welcome to my site! At age seven I started doing Feng Shui and at age nine I started seeing energy. As an adult I massaged people or put my hands on a place where they had pain. I was told I have healing hands.

​​​I have overcome many challenges in my life with the help of my guides, teachers, Reiki Masters, Yoga, meditation, and other modalities. With my extensive training I can hold space beautifully and with compassion for my client's.​

I started practicing yoga in 1999 cultivating a healthy body, mind, soul, and spirit connection. I started with Ashtanga, then I moved into Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda, Hatha, Bikram, and Yin. I have also explored Iyengar, Kundalini, Gentle, and Restorative as well as Chi Gong and Tai Chi.​​​
